Guide
Order Options Guide
When you create a menu, the Condition Settings section lets you turn on options that match how your office orders: cap the budget, require a main dish, let everyone pick their own ice and sugar, set a deadline and more. This guide walks through each option and illustrates what you set and what your colleagues see when they order.
Where to find the settings
After you upload a menu and the AI has read it, scroll down to Condition Settings on the menu editing page. Except for User Input Fields, each option has a switch on the right; turn it on to see the details. After sharing, you can still change them from the management page until the first order comes in; after that, only the Order Deadline and the Shared Order List can be changed, so existing orders are not affected.
1.User Input Fields
How to set it
Choose what participants fill in before submitting. By default there are two: Name (Required) and Note (optional). Add Field adds a blank field — give it a name such as Department or Extension and decide whether it is Required. Fields left without a name are not saved. At least one field must remain.
What happens when people order
The order panel shows a matching input for each field, with a red asterisk on required ones. The Confirm Order button stays disabled until every required field is filled in.
2.Order Deadline

The order deadline has passed
How to set it
Off by default. Turn it on and, if a meal date is set, the deadline is filled in as 15:00 on the day before — handy for shops that need advance notice. You can press Day before to fill it in quickly, or pick the date and time yourself. With no meal date, or if the day before has already passed, a note asks you to pick the deadline yourself.
What happens when people order
The top of the order page shows a countdown such as “Order closes in 1d 15h”. Once the time passes, the page shows “Order closed” and nobody can submit or change orders, so the organizer can tally with confidence.
3.Customization
How to set it
Off by default. Once on, it splits into Ice & Sugar and Custom, each with its own toggle, up to 5 groups in total.
- Ice & Sugar: Switching it on adds ice level and sugar level groups, which you can edit. You can also add another group, such as Toppings.
- Custom: Switch it on, enter a name (for example Sauce) and add options. The first option you add becomes the default. To apply to different categories, use Add Custom Set.
- Apply to categories: Nothing is selected at first. Without a category, these options won't appear on the order page, and you'll get a reminder when you submit.
What happens when people order
For categories that use the options, each item added to the order gets dropdowns pre-set to the defaults, which people can change. Categories that don't use them (snacks, say) show no dropdowns. The options appear in the summary, so nothing gets lost when you pass the order to the shop.
Tip: Set the defaults to what most people order, such as less ice and half sugar, so most people never need to touch them.
4.Budget Limit
Budget:$120 (can exceed)
Exceeded budget limit $120 (allowed)
Budget:$120
Exceeded budget limit $120
How to set it
Off by default. Turn it on, enter a per-person budget, for example a $120 company allowance, then choose Can Exceed or Cannot Exceed. Can Exceed is selected by default.
What happens when people order
The order page shows “Budget: $120”, followed by “(can exceed)” when Can Exceed is selected. When an order's total goes over it: with Cannot Exceed, a message says the budget is exceeded and the order cannot be submitted until items are removed; with Can Exceed, the same message appears but the order can still be submitted — useful when people pay the difference themselves.
Tip: The limit applies to the whole order total, including set-meal upgrade charges.
5.Required Groups
Please select items from required groups:
- Required Group 1 (Bowls)Required Group 1 (Bowls or Noodles)
How to set it
Off by default. Turn it on and each Required Group can hold one or more categories — putting Bowls and Noodles in the same group means either one is fine. Add Group adds another, such as one for drinks. A category can only belong to one group.
What happens when people order
If a required group is still empty, the order panel lists it, for example “Please select items from required groups: Required Group 1 (Bowls or Noodles)”, and the order cannot be submitted until it is filled.
Tip: A common use: make sure everyone orders a main dish rather than spending the allowance on drinks and snacks.
6.Combo Upgrade
How to set it
Off by default. Turn it on, first pick the Upgradable Categories (usually the mains), then use Add Upgrade Option: enter a name (for example Combo), an Add Price (for example $50), and under Includes add categories with their own Price Limit, such as drinks up to $35 and snacks up to $30.
What happens when people order
Upgradable items show an Upgradable tag. When ordering, people can upgrade and pick one item from each included category: anything within the limit is free, and anything above it only adds the difference. For instance, upgrading a $110 Chicken Burrito Bowl to a Combo adds $50; a $45 Bubble Tea shows “+$10 (Extra)”, a Lemon Tart within its limit is free, and the total of $170 is calculated automatically.
Tip: Set the Price Limit to match the restaurant's own combo rules. Anyone who wants something pricier just pays the difference.
7.Shared Order List
Diners can see the orders already placed and copy someone else's in one tap.
Orders
Orders
How to set it
On by default, with Show names selected. You can switch to Anonymous or turn it off.
What happens when people order
An Orders list appears on the order page showing what others ordered, and Copy adds someone else's items to your own order in one tap. With Anonymous, names show as “Diner 1”, “Diner 2”. When it is off, everyone can still see, edit and delete their own order — they just can't see anyone else's.
Tip: Copy is the favorite of people who can't decide — ordering the same as a colleague is the fastest way.
Then just share the link
Set your options before sharing the link — once someone has ordered, only the Order Deadline and the Shared Order List can be changed. If there's a setting you'd like to have, let us know through the contact page.
