How is DiiN different from a Google Form or a group chat list?
With a form you have to type every menu item by hand, and with a chat list you have to count the replies yourself. DiiN builds the order form from a menu photo, lets each person choose their own items and options, and totals the quantities and prices automatically.
Do colleagues need an account to place an order?
No. Anyone with the link can open the order page in a browser and place an order. Neither the organizer nor the participants need to sign up.
Can I set a deadline for orders?
Yes. The organizer can set a cut-off time, for example a time on the same day or the day before, so everyone knows when ordering closes and the organizer can call the shop on time.
What if the AI reads an item or price incorrectly?
You can edit the menu before sharing it: rename items, fix prices, add missing items or remove anything you do not need. Clear, well-lit photos give the best results.
How do I pass the final order to the restaurant?
The summary page groups the orders by item with quantities, options and the total amount. Copy the summary and send it to the shop, or read it out over the phone.
